Support and Feedback – All participants will receive support and coaching in telephone pre-screens, interview preparation, as well as meaningful, post-interview feedback after every job interview.
The Process: Email us at email@example.com with “Summer Program” as the subject. We’ll arrange to have students apply online, then an ARES Resource Manager will be in touch to conduct a telephone prescreen with students to determine their career interests and to match them with any appropriate opportunities. Students who are put forward for interviews with our Clients will receive coaching and preparation for interviews, as well as meaningful post-interview feedback that will prepare them for future interviews and career opportunities.
